Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy for eligible products.
Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours (next day) of product delivery.
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service team and request a return authorization.
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The packaging must not be tampered with.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.
Replacement Policy
If the delivered product is damaged or defective, customers can request a replacement within 4 days of delivery.
Replacement process:
Initiate a replacement request with our Customer Service team.
Return the damaged product as instructed.
After receiving the returned item, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Replacement delivery may take 10–15 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Refund timelines:
Return refunds: Processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
Duplicate payments: If a customer pays twice for the same transaction, the extra amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of voluntary returns.
